A DAY OF HEALTHY MEALS


While on Sophie Uliano's Gorgeous For Good "Live It!" I have been rethinking the way I eat. Instead of grabbing a bagel and Red Bull for breakfast on my way to work or grabbing dinner from Panera on my way home, I have become more planned and mindful of what is entering my body. While I have not been perfect in this process, I have been doing a much better job than I was six months ago.

Here is what goes into my body on a Sophie approved day!

Upon waking up -- I have a cup of warm water with fresh lemon and cayenne pepper in it.

For breakfast -- I often have warm oatmeal with sliced bananas and a glass of green juice.

For mid morning snack -- I have sliced cucumber.

For lunch -- I have a slice of gluten free toast with avocado spread and olive oil drizzled on top, as well as some fruit.

For afternoon snack -- I have a smoothie.

For dinner -- I have quinoa, mushrooms, and broccoli.
