Gorgeous For Good by Sophie Uliano is finally on shelves! After six weeks of preaching what Sophie Uliano teaches in her new book, the rest of you can finally join in on the Live It fun. (For those of you are new, check out more about Gorgeous For Good here.)

I will be honest with the fact that I have not followed this plan 100% the past 30 days. However, I have cut back significantly on alcohol, dairy, wheat, sugar, and more. I am gluten and dairy intolerant, so cutting back on these things were nothing new for me. However, cutting out sugar is my downfall. I am the QUEEN of sugar. I feel a lot better without this garbage in my body and when I do eat it, my body makes me regret it. Best of all my skin is in the best shape it has been in for a couple years.

Before starting this journey though I do recommend that you get blood tests done at your doctor. I have extremely low Vitamin D levels and take supplements for this. However, during this process my body began to ache and I felt tired. I spoke to my doctor and she believed this was vitamin d and calcium related. I have since increased my vitamind D and calcium supplement intakes and feel much better.
