Ingredients
- 2 c sliced carrots
- butternut squash cubed
- 1 c green beans
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans black beans
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- sea salt to taste
- 2 c veggie broth
How To
- Put all ingredients in pot on stove
- Bring to boil
- Once boiling, heat on low for 1 hour
