Recently we moved my grandmother into an assisted living facility. It's going better than anyone could have imagined. I love going to spend time with her and seeing her socialize with others with similar abilities. Many of the residents in her building have door hangers. Some are just plain placards with their name on them, while others have cute designs they made. After seeing her door bare when visiting her last week, I decided my latest craft should be one for her door. After searching on Pinterest for ideas, I finally took bits and pieces from several and made up one of my own.
Supplies: Everything used was purchased at Michael's for a total of $18, courtesy of COUPONS! :)

ReplyDeleteI would love for you to give us a good recipe. Something that is fun for summer. Maybe a fun drink to sip on by the pool or a delicious dessert to bring over to a friends house. Or maybe a recipe that means something to you growing up as a kid, something nostalgic to your childhood and tell us what it means to you.
